
Warranty Manager

Job Summary
The Warranty Manager will oversee and coordinate all warranty-related activities during the initial phase of vessel operation. Serving as the primary point of contact, they will facilitate communication among all stakeholders, including vessel operations departments, shipyards, and contractors. Additionally, the role includes leading the financial negotiations related to warranty settlements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Track warranty claims received from ship personnel.
Coordinate with crew members and vessel operations representatives.
Process claims involving the shipyard.
Supervise corrective actions performed by the shipyard on board.
Discuss and coordinate with the Maritime Technology group to devise technical solutions to correct warranty claims.
Negotiate warranty settlements with shipyards during settlement agreements.
Coordinate activities to complete after the first year of warranty up to the first vessel drydock.
Prepare the design and repetitive warranty claim list to be shared and discussed with the shipyard, aligned with the lesson‑learn process set up by the new‑building team.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Maritime or related field.
At least 3 years in a similar role within the maritime industry.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in English (B1 or above).
Demonstrated teamwork skills.
Good communication skills.
