Responsibilities
As a Private Client Services (PCS) Staff I, you will be working along with the PCS team to learn the process of preparing financial statements and how to perform compilations and reviews. You will also learn the preparation procedures of federal and state income tax returns.
Basic Qualifications
Must have completed a degree in accounting, or an equivalent program from an accredited college or university
0-2 years of recent public accounting experience
Hybrid work environment with in‑office requirements
Reliable commute to assigned office location and client sites as required
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure in the state of your assigned office location
Pursuing 150 academic credits or a master’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent program from an accredited college or university
Final graduation date between December 2026 and September 2027
Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills
