Telecon is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead and manage field operations on Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects based in Portland, Oregon, and surrounding areas. The role is full‑time.

Responsibilities
Supervise field crews and sub‑contractors.
Ensure projects adhere to budget and schedule.
Plan and distribute work to field crews.
Coordinate operational teams to maintain project timelines.
Ensure accurate and detailed billing is completed promptly.
Travel between job sites to monitor progress and meet client expectations.
Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
Provide coaching and training to team members on field operations.
Communicate with clients, managers, and municipalities to remove obstacles and meet specifications.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of telecommunications or utilities experience.
Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory role on FTTH projects (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships at all levels.
Ability to read and interpret utility plans and general contracts.
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office Suite.
Valid G‑class driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
