Job Summary
Join a leading aerospace organization supporting commercial aircraft programs. This role focuses on managing large-scale engineering projects across the full lifecycle, including design, build, test, certification, and delivery. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure project alignment, schedule adherence, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project activities across engineering value streams
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, including critical path and milestones
Analyze project performance data and provide actionable insights on risks and next steps
Coordinate with stakeholders to track deliverables and ensure timely execution
Support technical data management for aircraft interior systems (Payloads)
Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement
Drive alignment across engineering, production, and program teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in aerospace industry (design, integration, or certification)
3+ years of experience in project/program management
Experience managing project schedules, risks, and cross‑functional coordination
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience working on complex aerospace or manufacturing programs
Ability to manage moderate complexity projects independently
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments
