About The Role
As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for facility building maintenance focusing on retail sites. You’ll be focused on several trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repairs. The company provides a fully equipped vehicle, essential tools, fuel card, relevant technology and a branded uniform to support job performance.

What You’ll Do

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.

Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills in reviewing work orders, provide estimated time of completion and materials needed to complete the repair.

Support energy management by ensuring that all systems operate in the most efficient manner.

Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.

Operate company‑issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.

Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information and respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and supervisors.

Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having limited discretion.

Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail.

Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver’s License required.

Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook). Service Channel experience is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Basic math skills to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Benefits
This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation. The minimum salary for the Mobile Technician position is $58,000 annually and the maximum salary is $66,000 annually.
