Perks:

Shift: 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $13.82 - $23.04 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Serve as point of contact for order changes and escalations. Perform needed transactions in work orders to support order changes and other related operations into the ERP system.

Communicate all changes to the distribution team when orders are updated.

Assure buy-out material is processed correctly for any project order.

Review any inventory discrepancies and find the document root cause. Research, analyze and respond to complex order status inquiries.

Prioritize, expedite and trace sales order assignments based upon customer expectations and financial goals.

Process all credit returns.

Requirements:

Associate's degree and working experience in a technical, project support or coordination role (3+ years).

Previous warehouse or supply chain experience.

Strong customer service skills.

Computer literate - Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP system a plus.

Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay Details:

$14.00 to $23.04 per hour
