Compensation/benefits:
- Base Salary
- Family Medicine: $278,315
- Internal Medicine: $331,906
- WRVU Incentive Plan bonus available
- Relocation bonus available

Contract & Employment Structure
- 3 year agreement
- Employed under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA)

Clinical Expectations
- Outpatient practice
- Mix of scheduled visits and walk ins
- 40 hours/week, Monday Friday schedule
