
HVAC Dealer Program Manager

Join Ferguson as our Dealer Program Manager of HVAC. This outstanding opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on our HVAC dealer programs across the region. You will work closely with the HVAC Director to drive dealer prospecting, growth, and conversion to in‑market brands, ensuring flawless execution of our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and drive implementation of brand‑specific dealer growth programs (new/prospecting or converting dealer, business segmentation) across the region.
Track branch growth funds to ensure alignment with dealer eligibility and program goals, separate from Market Development Funds (MDF).
Accountable for branded programs at the region level, including growth program investment.
Coordinate and monitor dealer rebate programs for the region, ensuring timely execution, accurate tracking, and reporting.
Supervise dealer program implementation for the region, which involves registration, billing, and dealer tracking.
Support technical training registration and billing for education and certification opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing HVAC programs or similar administrative roles.
Outstanding organizational and tracking skills.
Proficiency in implementing and monitoring dealer programs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to strictly adhere to program guidelines and objectives.
Pay Range
$5,608.34 - $9,900.00
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
