Your tasks at AKG
Technical product development and optimization of cooling systems, particularly in the wind power and rail vehicle sectors.
Management of interdisciplinary projects (e.g., design, project procurement, quality management, and assembly).
End‑to‑end project management from quotation preparation through to series production launch, including:
Technical calculation and design of heat exchangers and cooling systems.
Commercial calculation and optimization of customer‑specific solutions.
Quotation preparation.
Internal order coordination and serving as the point of contact for customers and suppliers.
What we require from you
Degree (Master’s, Bachelor’s) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience.
Knowledge of fluid and thermal engineering, hydraulics, fans, and steel construction is a plus.
Practical experience in the design of systems in the above‑mentioned fields and components is a plus.
Consulting and persuasion skills, as well as organizational skills and cross‑functional communication abilities.
A solution‑oriented, structured, and dedicated approach to work, as well as the ability to communicate in both German and English.
