Job Description
As a Sr Quality Eng Supervisor at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the quality engineering function within the company. Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the quality engineering function

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality engineering projects

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives

Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations

Manage and optimize quality engineering resources, budgets, and timelines

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Lead and develop a high‑performing quality engineering team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery

Proficiency in quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to ensure product compliance and improvement

Experience with quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Design of Experiments (DOE)

We Value

Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience with quality management systems and processes

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements applicable to building automation products

Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior engineers
