$3032/hr to start (reviews at 1 & 3 months) MonFri, 85 | No weekends
The work: residential + light commercial repairs and improvements. Mostly small-to-mid jobs, lots of variety.
What you'll do:
Handle a wide range of carpentry, drywall, paint, flooring/tile, basic plumbing/electrical, doors/windows, exterior repairs
Work independently and troubleshoot on site
Communicate clearly with customers
Close out job notes/materials in our phone app
Keep a clean jobsite and professional appearance
What we need:
20+ years hands-on experience
Strong in multiple trades (service/repair mindset)
Solid customer communication (explain scope, set expectations)
Comfortable on ladders
Reliable truck/van + professional tools
Background check + references
