Position:

• Location: Columbus, Indiana
• Start Date: ASAP
• Length of Assignment: Ending July 3rd
• Schedule: 4 days/week; Mon-Thurs.; 8a-4p
• Provider Needed: General Dentist
• Staff: 1 Perio, 1 DA, 1 RDH, 1 Office Manager
• Patient Base: Family Practice (mostly adults)
• Procedures: Bread and Butter Dentistry
• The office is a GP/OS setup - 90% of procedures are done by the OS

Compensation:

• $900 - $1,000 per day, Daily guarantee
• Medical Malpractice Insurance Coverage
• Weekly Pay
