Key responsibilities include:Trauma & Critical Care: Management of brain bleeds, trauma repair, and critical care procedures such as external ventricular drain management and ICP/CPP monitoring.Spine Surgery: Performing spinal fusions, laminectomies, diskectomies, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty.Team Dynamics: Working alongside a group of two neurosurgeons and additional locums support.Provider RequirementsBoard Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery (Required).Licensure: Active Michigan medical license (Required).Clinical Proficiency: Proven ability to perform full-scope adult neurosurgery, complex spine surgery, and neuro-critical care procedures (Required).EMR Experience: Familiarity with the Epic EMR system (Required).Certifications: Active BLS certification (Required).Background: A Self-Query NPDB report pulled within the current month must be provided at the time of presentation (Required).Education: Fellowship training in Neurosurgery is preferred.About WhiteCoat Locums:- Physician owned and led agency- Highest-Pay rates on the market- $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail- 100% transparency
