Location Gippsland (negotiable), permanent, part time (60.8 hours /fortnight) position available

Make a real difference in the lives of older adults and vulnerable community members. We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Social Support Program Leader to join our team and help deliver engaging programs that promote independence, social connection and wellbeing.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will help plan, develop and run centre-based and community programs aligned with the Wellness and Reablement model. You'll support participants with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, coordinate volunteers and transport, maintain client records and contribute to continuous program improvement.
What we are looking for;
Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Ability to support frail aged and vulnerable clients with sensitivity to cultural diversity
Experience planning and facilitating client-focused activities
Ability to supervise volunteers and work within a multidisciplinary team
Good IT skills, including client reporting systems and Microsoft applications
Adhere to organisational values, policies and legislative requirements
To be successful, you will require;
Victorian Drivers Licence
A current Working with Children Check
Certificate IV or Diploma in Individual Support, Ageing Support and/or Leisure and Health for funding requirements (or currently studying on negotiation)
Current CPR
Ability to drive a 12-seater social support bus
