Paint Store Customer Success & Tinting Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Kahului, Hawaii, to provide excellent customer service to both wholesale and retail clients. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, ensuring satisfaction while meeting sales goals, and maintaining product standards in the store. Ideal candidates must be at least 18, eligible to work, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. prior customer service experience is preferred. This role may require working evenings and weekends.
