Join Our Team as a F&B Manager at AC Hotel & Residence Inn Reston, Seven & Syn Restaurant, and Rooftop Bar. We are seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager for our Banquet & Catering operation, Seven Restaurant, Syn Restaurant, and Rooftop Bar, located within the dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott and Residence Inn in Reston.

What You'll Do
Lead and Inspire: Motivate and manage a team of enthusiastic staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Guest Satisfaction: Ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience from arrival to departure.
Innovate and Improve: Work closely with our chefs and bar staff to continually evolve menu offerings, keeping them fresh and on-trend.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards in both service and food quality.
What We're Looking For
Passionate Leader: A love for hospitality, food, and wine, and the ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
Experience: Previous leadership experience in banquets & catering is essential; experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or bar is preferred.
Dynamic and Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and bring new ideas to the table.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management effectively.
