NPI Operations Manager (PCB Prototyping & Supply Chain)

Prototype Build Request & PCB order management from input to completion.
Responsibilities include enter order in SAP, check accuracy, update, monitor order status & tracking to ensure process efficiency.
Keep track of all shipments and related documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details.
Order fulfillment process management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency.
Support the end-to-end materials planning management for new product introductions (NPI) from initial concept to production launch.
Ensure material readiness to support program achievements Proactively address material shortages, lead times, and supplier constraints to mitigate supply chain risks.
Establish and monitor critical metrics, using digital dashboards for real-time tracking of materials readiness and supply versus demand performance.
Regularly provide leadership team with project status reports
What we need to see:
5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering,
BS EE/IE degree or equivalent experience
Strong manufacturing and R&D background and Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of company.
Very strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving and project management skills are required to be successful in this role.
Consistent track record of leading the release of quality projects into manufacturing.
Experience in working with suppliers, vendors and/or customers.
Capability to quick learn, understand, communicate and integrate technical concepts and issues.
Ability to travel, as needed. This role could exceed 30% travel for certain projects
