Analyst/Associate, Public Policy

Position Overview
Apollo Global Management is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager that provides excess returns across risk‑reward spectra and specializes in yield, hybrid, and equity strategies. The Public Policy team supports senior leadership on policy initiatives, while the Associate will help advance these objectives with a strong focus on U.S. federal policy, political and regulatory matters, and collaboration with investment teams on deal diligence and risk monitoring.
Primary Responsibilities
Support investment teams with deal diligence.
Collaborate with investment and technology teams to integrate information and data across the Apollo platform.
Maintain systems to review and track regulatory, political, and other risks across Apollo’s investment landscape.
Produce policy memos to support team initiatives and senior executive engagements with government and regulatory officials.
Develop internal reporting processes to disseminate legislative and regulatory analysis across business units.
Assist with outreach to policymakers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, public policy, or strategy.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including building internal content, presentations, and materials.
Excellent writing and critical thinking skills, with the ability to present to internal and external audiences.
Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Background in or strong interest in financial services, regulation, and related policy issues.

Pay Range
$110,000 – $130,000. The base salary range is listed above and the position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location.
