Summary
The Sr. Employment Support Professional supports individuals with disabilities to identify employment goals, build workplace skills, and succeed in competitive, integrated jobs. This community-based role includes hands‑on coaching, employer collaboration, and timely documentation to meet program and funding requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Complete person‑centered assessments to identify interests, strengths, and employment goals
Build relationships with employers and community partners to identify and secure job opportunities
Provide on‑site and off‑site job coaching to teach job tasks, promote independence, and support retention
Develop and implement individualized employment and training plans aligned with person‑centered planning

Requirements
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree required with more than two years of experience in vocational services, supported employment, workforce development, or human services. Valid NYS driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
