About the Role

We are seeking a Transactional Attorney with experience ranging from mid-level Associate to Partner to join a thriving practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters while working directly with clients and senior attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

Handle financings, restructurings, and recapitalizations
Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
Provide general corporate counseling including entity formation and governance
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
Work directly with clients and partners on complex transactional matters
Manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of private law firm experience in financings, M&A, and general transactional matters
Active license to practice law in California
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
For Partner candidates, a portable book of business is a plus but not required
