South of Denver, Colorado, minutes from Cheyenne State Park and Reservoir.

Position Overview
The Manager, Lifestyle is responsible for proactive leadership, direction, development, and supervision of all lifestyle programs, including strategic planning, budget creation, scheduling, and implementation of activities in specific program areas. This position is the primary communication channel for residents through the resident portal and reports to the Club General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf (BSRG) to support the achievement of company goals.
Create a comprehensive member program with monthly activities and events centered on social connection, spiritual well‑being, physical fitness, intellectual enrichment, emotional well‑being, creative expression, and family fun.
Collaborate with Wellness leaders to ensure fitness and wellness programs synergize with activity programs.
Work with all Member‑Led Clubs to create an annual calendar of events for each club, reserve meeting space, assist with event planning, and share details with the club team to execute event details and room set‑ups.
Host club events and activities and conduct satisfaction surveys for all large events.
Form strategic partnerships with Community Representatives to share information and create engaging lifestyle events to attract new buyers.
Foster open communication with members to share ideas.
Support budget creation and monitor budget to ensure revenues and expenses meet departmental financial goals; coach team members in creating program budgets.
Complete monthly event ticket pricing worksheet to ensure proper pricing.
Update member website and social media daily to maintain all community activity and event information.
Provide a menu of activities outside of club activities for member participation.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Preferred experience in event planning and budgeting.
Background in hospitality and/or travel industry.
Preferred experience working in a Homeowners Association (HOA).
Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification, and other safety certifications as required by the club.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
Basic computational ability and budgetary analysis skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to respond to staff, guests, and community association needs.
Strategic planning, change management, problem‑solving, decision‑making, delegation, time management, supervisory, and employee development skills.
Initiative, independence, sound judgment.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with continuous improvement expectations.
Requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license required.
Work Environment
This position generally operates in a professional indoor office environment but may have some exposure to outdoor weather conditions and occasionally native wildlife on the grounds or at outdoor events. Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy and fax machines. Noise level usually moderate.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to speak and hear; sit, stand, walk; use hands to fingers; handle or feel; bend, reach with hands and arms; occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Travel
Position may require up to 20% travel. May travel locally to attend activities and events, with occasional overnight travel.
