
Project Manager (Transportation)

Horner & Shifrin is seeking a full-time Project Manager in our Transportation business unit. This position requires 10+ years of experience.
Position Responsibilities/Duties:
Interact and communicate with clients, vendors, and staff of all levels.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
Lead a team to develop engineering plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E).
Perform transportation engineering analyses and calculations.
Lead general transportation engineering services for municipal, county, and state agencies.
Assist in the preparation of reports and feasibility studies.
Position Requirements:
Licensed Professional Engineer
Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Critical thinking and analysis
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Proficient in the use of MicroStation and InRoads/PowerGeoPa/OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must complete a background check
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Salary Range:
Horner & Shifrin, Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package and is committed to fair, competitive, market-based compensation. The target salary range for this position is $95,000 to $145,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
