Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Syosset, NY, for a Warehouse Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining an organized space. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely distribution of products. Additionally, the Warehouse Operations Manager will address operational challenges, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with other internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficient in QuickBooks, Operations Management and Warehouse Management, with the ability to design and implement effective workflows.

Strong Inventory Control skills, including stock management, ordering processes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Experience with Supervisory Skills, including leading, training, and motivating a team to achieve targets efficiently.

Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer inquiries related to warehouse operations.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and relevant software is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
