Customer Service & Operations Coordinator
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience) Location: Mars Plastics / 40 Agnes Street Providence, RI Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate customer orders from entry through delivery
Schedule shipments and deliveries to meet customer deadlines
Work closely with internal teams (production, shipping, and management) to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Purchase materials and outside goods as needed to support production
Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and inventory needs
Qualifications
Previous customer service, office, or coordination experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems)
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
Experience in plastics or manufacturing is a plus
