Product Tech Lead
Kforce Inc, Suwanee, GA, United States
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking an onsite Product Tech Lead to join their team in Suwanee, GA. The role is aligned to a value stream, focusing on enabling the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data center delivery through technology, data, and integrated systems. The Product Lead operates at the intersection of physical infrastructure and digital platforms, partnering with teams to translate complex build and commissioning workflows into scalable product capabilities. This includes supporting domains such as site development, construction lifecycle management, power and capacity planning, and commissioning readiness through well‑defined systems, data models, and process automation. Experience with infrastructure‑adjacent platforms, integrating across systems, and driving clarity in highly complex, multi‑system environments is critical to success. The role establishes a single accountable owner for the “what” and “why” across defined product areas while remaining close enough to execution to ensure clarity, momentum, and learning. This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful decision authority and hands‑on responsibility across both strategy and delivery. The product lead will protect near‑term execution while shaping longer‑term outcome ownership.
What you will own: product leads are anchored to one or more capability‑aligned product areas, such as:
Core Transaction Platforms
Commercial Enablement
Enterprise Data & Intelligence
Developer & Platform Enablement
Trust, risk, and compliance
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or related roles
Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and value realization, not just delivery or backlog management
Proven experience making priority and scope tradeoffs in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
Experience operating in highly cross‑functional domains, translating business and operational needs into product capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple interconnected systems and platforms, driving clarity in complex environments
Experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and operational stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑evolving environments while maintaining forward progress
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
