What's the Job?
Manage purchase requisitions and work orders within SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate procurement activities during refinery shutdown periods, supporting a high-volume workload.
Operate independently to handle purchase-to-pay processes, including invoicing and managing procurement documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, IV, and refinery operations to meet project goals.
Adapt to schedule changes, including extended work hours during shutdowns and ramp-up periods.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with SAP, especially in purchase requisitions and work order management.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and purchase-to-pay workflows.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
Experience in heavy industry, industrial, or safety-regulated sectors is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
