
Program Manager Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Intern to support our Electronics Contract Manufacturing (ECM) operations. In this role, you will help coordinate cross‑functional programs from concept through mass production, working closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing partners. In addition, you will support the review, update and improvement of department QMS (Quality Management System) documentation.

Principal Accountabilities
Assist in updating and revising documentation to reflect current processes and best practices within QMS.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, quality assurance) to gather inputs and validate content and ensure proper document formatting, version control, and adherence to document management procedures.
Work with Program Management teams to help reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
Assist in identifying and mitigating supply chain or production risks.
Perform any other duties assigned during the internship.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with project management tools.
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
Exposure to supply chain concepts (forecasting, procurement, logistics).
Data analysis skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical teams.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
