Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

Seeking a physician for a Geriatric primary care clinic in Kokomo, IN. This is a long-term opportunity.

Location: Kokomo, IN.
Position Type: Full time.
Start Date: Quick start is preferred.
Duration: 6 month contract with extension possibility.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p (no weekends/holidays). Call required on a very infrequent basis.
Pay Rate: Negotiable by phone.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, DEA, BLS
• IN state license
• 3-5 years of experience with patients aged 55-65+
