Manual Therapy & Pilates-Based Rehabilitation | Growth-Focused Clinic
We are an advanced manual therapy specialty Physical Therapy clinic combining advanced manual therapy with Pilates-based rehabilitation to help patients restore movement, eliminate pain, and build long-term resilience. Our care model prioritizes quality over volume, individualized treatment over templates, and lasting outcomes over quick fixes.
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in the evenings. This role is for a full-time evening position.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations including medical history review and detailed movement assessments
Develop individualized, informed treatment plans aligned with each patient’s goals
Deliver therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and advanced manual therapy
Apply hands-on techniques such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and skilled joint mobilizations
Educate patients on posture, body mechanics, injury prevention, and customized home programs
Track progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with colleagues and referring providers to deliver integrated care
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Participate in physician and community outreach marketing efforts
Provide responsible, patient-centered product recommendations when appropriate
Qualifications
Required:
Active state Physical Therapist license
New grads welcome but previous experience preferred
Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and functional movement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong desire to learn and grow
Preferred:
Orthopedic experience
Familiarity with Pilates-based rehab
Experience with K-Tape, Graston Technique, and/or cupping
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
