Shift: 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:30pm
Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed)
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) RN experience — strong acute care background
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
Perioperative experience preferred (perioperative support and clinical assistance)
Non-local candidates only — must live more than 50 miles from Canton, GA
Primary Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care on the Med/Surg unit as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document clinical care accurately
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Assist with perioperative procedures and provide perioperative nursing support when needed
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and post-discharge care
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and infection control standards
