Responsibilities
Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
Provide and maintain appropriate high standards of clinical care to patients
Take a “patient-first” approach to care by establishing a friendly, trustworthy rapport with patients
Create custom treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally and achieve their goals
Communicate effectively with physicians and other relevant healthcare providers
Complete daily documentation with appropriate charges & authorization requirements within established deadlines
Discharge patients appropriately, providing education and home programs as needed
Promote our “PT for Life” philosophy in community settings
Requirements
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility to apply
