
Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN (Double Weekends)

As an LVN, you will participate in and direct delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. You will ensure the highest quality services are delivered in a customer‑service‑friendly environment and play a key role in creating a positive resident experience by providing quality compassionate healthcare. LVN Responsibilities
Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet resident needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
Administer medication/treatments as prescribed.
Receive, transcribe, and implement physicians’ orders.
Implement and evaluate care plans.
Identify and secure equipment supplies.
Direct and oversee subordinates.
Participate in duty assignments.
Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
Oversee and monitor the function and activities of subordinate staff.
Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate actions of discipline/training.
Monitor infection control compliance.
Investigate and document accidents/incidents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
LVN Requirements
Current, valid licensure as an LVN.
Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred.
Management/supervisory experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal skills.
