Position Overview
Seeking a general surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing medically complex patients, promoting return to work and functional restoration, collaborating with medical and therapy teams.
Provide both surgical and non-surgical services for orthopedic and musculoskeletal work injuries, communicate with employers, and participate in case management.
Flexible scheduling to complement your private practice, with compensation based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications
Experience with work-related injuries.
State licensure.
MD or DO degree.
Unrestricted DEA license.
Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery.
Malpractice insurance.
