We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist Physician for a 90-day assignment in Alaska, commencing Apr 30, 2026. This role involves managing interventional cardiology cases at a trauma level 3 facility, including approximately 7-10 cases per week and around 15 patient encounters per shift. The schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, covering clinic and lab duties, with a requirement for extensive call coverage rotation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage interventional cardiology cases at a trauma facility.
- Perform approximately 7-10 interventional cardiology cases per week.
- Conduct approximately 15 patient encounters per shift.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, covering clinic and lab duties.
- Participate in a call rotation, providing as much coverage as possible.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology required.
- Experience with Athenahealth and Cerner EMR systems.
