Emergency Medicine Physician

Job Title: ER Physician IHS Hospital (Any State License Accepted)

Place of Work (City/State): IHS Hospital, White River, Arizona (3 hrs from Phoenix)

Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

Shift Schedule: 12-hr shifts only (7a-7p / 9a-9p / 3p-3a / 8p-8a)

Volume: 40k annual ED volume (includes urgent care) 14 rooms + 8 chairs

Coverage: 48 hrs MD + 24 hrs APP

License: Any active/unrestricted state license accepted

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, DEA

Experience: ABEM BE/BC OR ABFM/ABIM BE/BC with 2+ yrs ER experience

EMR: RPMS (VA-like)

Facility: 50-bed Level IV Trauma Hospitalists + OB/GYN + Ortho + Gen Surg + Peds onsite

Credentialing: 4 8 weeks (federal background + fingerprints)

Compensation (1099): $280/hr (FM/IM) $300/hr (EM) + malpractice w/ tail

Housing: On-campus housing provided (no hotel/rental car unless rate -$22/hr)
