Full-Time Call Required Multi-Specialty Cases Assignment Overview
  • Location: Wadena, Minnesota
  • Setting: Hospital / OR suite with multiple specialties
  • Schedule:
    • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Call: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM nightly
    • Call Response Time: 30 minutes
  • Day Coverage: 2 providers, 3 ORs, 1 Endo Room, 1 IR Room
  • EMR: Epic
Clinical Scope
  • Types of Cases: General, Orthopedic, ENT, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry
  • Required Skills:
    • Spinals
    • Epidurals
    • Nerve blocks (peripheral, TAP, neuraxial, IV)
  • Caselogs: Required (proof of spinals, epidurals, and blocks)
Required Certifications
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • DEA
Practice Details
  • Independent CRNA practice (no anesthesia supervision required)
  • TAP blocks, neuraxial blocks, peripheral blocks, IV blocks commonly performed
  • Multi-specialty exposure in OR, Endo, and IR
