Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hour days. Coverage for 2 OR locations for 8 hours, with OT built in if needed

Types of Cases: ENDO = EGS, Colonoscopies, ERCPs, Bronchoscopies, potentially General, Ortho/Spine, Endo
