Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Weeks listed
Practice Setting: Hospital and in-office clinic
Patient Volume & PopulationClinic Volume: 20-22 patients per day
Cath Lab: 3-4 hospital consults per day
EP Cases: 4-6 cases per day (depending on case length)
Patient Population: Adult
Department Description:Cath Lab includes hospital consults and electrophysiology cases focused on heart rhythm disturbances.
Special Procedures:
Cardiac electrophysiology
Ablations (must show 100 EP cases in the last 2 years with emphasis on ablations in case logs)
Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
Moderate sedation (must be comfortable performing independently)
EMR: Cerner
Mapping System: Abbott Ensite-X (experience required)
Hospital Bed Size: 268
Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
Active Arizona license - Required (willing to license)
DEA - AZ registered
ACLS - Required
Minimum experience: 1 year - Required
CSR - Not required
