- Worksite Setting: Inpatient (hospital), Call, Estimated annual volume - 10,238
- Scope of Work: Onsite IR + general read, Biopsy, drain placement, nephrostomy, gastrostomy, embolization, IVC filter, fistulagram w/declot, biliary and venous interventions, General fluoro procedures is a plus as the IR On-Call covers fluoro On-Call too, Productivity expectation - 61 RVU's minimum per shift
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ state medical licenses
