What We’re Looking For
Licensed Professional: Active Occupational Therapy license in New York State.
Clinical Experience: Background in adult OT, with home care experience a plus (not required).
Strong Communicator: Able to build trust with patients, collaborate with team members, and represent the practice professionally.
Tech-Comfortable: Familiar with EMR systems or open to learning (we provide training).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide one-on-one, personalized therapy to older adults in their homes, including evaluations, treatment, and functional assessments.
Own Your Schedule: Coordinate visits directly with patients, giving you control over your time and coverage area.
Drive Patient Progress: Create and adjust individualized treatment plans to support consistent improvement and outcomes.
Stay Organized: Complete timely, accurate documentation using our streamlined, web-based EMR system.
Maintain Compliance: Keep credentials current and follow all Medicare, HIPAA, and company standards.

Working with @Home Therapy gives you the flexibility to create your own schedule and work in only the areas you choose to. Along with our competitive fee for service rates, we offer sign on bonuses and out-of-area bonuses (for select roles).
