BayRidge Hospital provides accessible, high‑quality substance‑use and mental health treatment across inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient services. BayRidge is part of a coordinated continuum of care with Beverly Hospital’s psychiatric services and the Leland Unit, ensuring comprehensive acute inpatient support for individuals experiencing psychiatric disabilities.

What You’ll Do
Administer and monitor psychotropic medications
Assess and manage drug and alcohol withdrawal
Utilize de‑escalation techniques and restraint management when clinically necessary
Partner closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, therapeutic care
Support patients through stabilization, recovery, and treatment planning
What We’re Looking For
Current Massachusetts RN license (required)
BLS required
BSN preferred
Demonstrated competence in:
Psychotropic medication administration & monitoring
Substance‑use withdrawal management
De‑escalation and restraint management
Scheduled Hours
32 hours day shift, every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Pay Range
$38.76 - $52.17
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on factors including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
