Position Summary
The LPN provides direct patient care and clinical support under the supervision of a licensed provider. This role plays a key part in patient assessments, procedures, documentation, and care coordination—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare patients for exams and procedures
Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered
Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up careCommunicate patient updates and support care coordination
Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR (Advanced MD)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
Support clinical operations, including lab work and room readiness
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Clinical setting with patient interaction, standing, and occasional lifting
