Senior Clinical Research Site Lead

Parexel seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate in Richmond, Virginia. The role entails managing site relationships and ensuring adherence to clinical trial protocols and Good Clinical Practices. You will monitor the quality of investigator sites, coordinate with study teams, and support the resolution of protocol-related issues. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in life sciences and a minimum of 3 years of site monitoring experience, preferably in Oncology, along with extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and ICH/GCP regulations.
