Occupational Therapy Assistant — Rehab Support + $5k Sign-On

Avem Health Partners is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Fairfax, Oklahoma. The COTA will support patient rehabilitation and recovery under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Duties include evaluating patients' health, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed records of patient progress. Candidates should have an Associate's degree from an accredited program, a valid Oklahoma COTA license, and ideally two years of experience. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
