Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Job Responsibilities
Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN.
Gather and report data.
Carry out orders.
Perform therapeutic procedures in an age‑ and population‑appropriate manner consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Education and Training
Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital is located, or a compact licensure if state participates.
Current BLS certification required; AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
Current IV certification within 90 days of employment if required per state regulations.
Experience
Preferred: One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience.
