This is a part-time position, day shift.
Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to serve our clients and care professionals, assisting with ongoing field interaction with clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct home visits with clients/caregivers
Review client/caregiver documents
Support office staff
No hands‑on patient care
Document visits using our CRM
Qualifications
Current NJ RN License
Nurturing ability: caring, empathetic, compassionate
Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner
Strong computer skills
Creative problem‑solving skills
Organized and detail‑oriented; good documentation skills
This is a part‑time role
