
Mental Health Outpatient Therapist

Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic services using evidenced-based-practice treatment approaches
Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support clients through crisis assessment and stabilization when needed
Collaborate with supervisors, peer clinicians, and community supports
Participate in trainings, supervision, and agency meetings
Maintain necessary credentials, licensure, and required clearances
What You’ll Do

What You Bring
Master’s degree in a clinical field OR a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field
1+ years of experience in behavioral health
Licensure/certification preferred but not required
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently
