Lead Multi-Skilled Craftsman / Home Repair & Remodeling

This is a role for an experienced craftsman who leads by example, brings out the best in others, and takes pride in work that makes a real difference.
What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver high-quality repairs and remodeling projects across multiple trades
Coach, mentor, and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians in the field
Apply hands-on expertise across carpentry, drywall repair and patching, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation and repair, tile work, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and basic plumbing and electrical (within scope)
Communicate clearly with customers and manage expectations on-site
Uphold TruBlue's standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism on every project
Who You Are
10+ years of hands-on experience in home repair, remodeling, or skilled trades
Experience managing or mentoring other technicians (preferred)
Skilled across multiple trades — carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and more
Strong communicator and problem-solver who does right by both customers and team
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a full professional toolset
Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
