Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift

We are seeking an experienced lead maintenance technician for a manufacturing plant in Temperance, MI. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical and electrical background, excellent communication skills, and at least 3 years of industry experience, with the ability to train others.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and working with outside contractors, all while following safety protocols. Knowledge of industrial electricity, PLCs, schematics, diagnostic tools is preferred. The shift is from 4 pm to 12:30 am, Monday to Friday, with competitive pay, overtime, and comprehensive benefits.
