We’re looking for a Rehabilitation Manager to lead therapy services at the facility and ensure both patient care and team performance stay at a high level.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the therapy department, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services
Supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Coordinate with facility leadership and nursing staff to align therapy services with patient needs
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements
Manage caseloads, scheduling, and staffing to maintain efficiency and coverage
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust departmental processes as needed
